|Recommended: YesThis has been a great place for my daughter and many of her friends — My daughter attends nursing school in Dallas and is renting a second year here. We are so happy that we found this place. I feel like she is very safe and has all her needs met. The complex is small enough that the office staff, Dan and Sarah , really get to know everyone and watch out for them. There are a lot of nursing students and other young professionals in the building and they all really like living here. They take very good care of everything in both the apartments and the entire complex. The pool area was recently redone, plus there are great seating setups. Elevators and hallways are always clean. I would definitely recommended this complex to anyone- in fact, I often do
|Recommended: YesI am so happy we found this place My daughter and her roommate attend Baylor Nursing school and have lived here for a year already and are getting ready to renew. We have been extremely satisfied with everything about this complex. Sarah and Dan are very helpful and make us feel that our daughter is in a safe place and well taken care. It feels like family is there watching over her. The apartments are very nice with a lot of effort made to keep them that way. They respond quickly to any maintenance needs. All appliances are probably not more than a few years old and all work well. The complex itself is kept very clean. The pool area was redone this year. It is a smaller complex where you don’t feel like just another resident but instead it feels like a tight knit community. They put on socials to give the residents a chance to mingle and get to know one another.
There are many nursing students there that my daughter knows and they all love living there.

I love the unique floor plans and spacious rooms.
I love the location, close to Kroger, Tom Thumb and Eatzi’s as well as within walking distance to UPS, US Post Office and wonderful restaurants and parks, as well as the Katy Trail.
The office staff are very knowledgeable and sincerely interested and helpful in solving any issues.
The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and professional
